I took my Black Berry 9800 Torch to have repaired. The screen does not com on, the lady that helped me, informed me that this is a general issue with the 9800, becouse of all the sliding open of the phone some connection brakes. when she opend the phone, I was told that they cannot repair it as the phone was in contact with flueds. I then asked the lady if the screen problem was due to the liqued, she informed me that she cannot be sure, as this phone has this problem as a norm. Now how can you not fix the hanset if this is a recurring problem.
