CLUELESS ALONG WITH PATHETIC SERVICE

TOOK MY GALAXY 2II IN FOR REPAIRS IN DECEMBER 2012 WITH A PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE. I RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM AND HAD AN IDEA OF WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. IT WAS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE.I TOOK IT TO VODACOM TYGERVALLEY, WHERE I WAITED FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR BEFORE BEING ASSISTED. AFTER WEEKS OF NOT HEARING FROM VODACOM, I CALLED, HEARD THAT MY PHONE HAD BEEN READY A WEEK AGO AND THAT THEY FAILED TO CONTACT ME TO COLLECT MY PHONE. THE PROBLEM PERSISTED AND WAS NEVER FIXED. I THEN BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY AND CHARGER JUST IN CASE THE FAULT WAS WITH ONE OF THOSE. THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED. I THEN RETURNED MY PHONE TO VODACOM IN FEBRUARY, WAITING AN HOUR, AT WHICH AT TIME I HEARD 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR PHONES NOT BEING FIXED ALSO, BEFORE SPEAKING TO ESTE THE MANAGER. SHE USED CHARGER FROM THEIR OWN STORE AND SAW THAT THE BATTERY WASN'T BEING CHARGED. SHE THEN SPOKE TO THE TECHNICIAN WHEREAFTER SHE INFORMED ME THAT MOST LIKELY PROBLEM WAS WITH THE CHARGER OR THE BATTERY. THIS WAS INCORRECT. AFTER DAYS OF NOT HEARING FROM THEM, I CALLED ESTE AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT PARTS WERE REPLACED, THE LCD OF ALL THINGS, WHICH WORKED PERFECTLY. THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS. WHAT NOW??
