I am a loyal supscriber of Vodacom since 1995 if it is not earlier. I have never had such misconfusion in my life with Vodacom.
The 7 th of September I took my Black Berry to Vodacom Tygervalley after my screen changed white with dancing black stripes on. Guy at repairs told me they will sms me the status of my phone and sms me if I want it repaired, I waited nothing came through. Then I went in and a lady told me I did not aswer my phone so they goingto sent it back, so I went in and they forward it again for repairs, then I got 7 sms's. Today I went in to collect my phone after I phoned them. First the lady told me its going to be R1000, what can I do I have pay I need my phone. Today I phoned the guy told me R100 then he phoned me back and said no R1000. Then I went in to collect my phone anda lady told me no they going to sent it to Headoffice. I want to know is this how you treat a loyal subscriber and charge R1000 for survice like this. There own people said they did not fix the phone and they send it back, ISCH I will say. I would really appreciate a new phone to make up for this whole episode. Thanx Vodacom I without my phone now for a week!!!
