Booked my Blackberry 9800 in for repairs. The phone was working perfectly with regards to charging, calls, smses, internet, camera, the only issue being when I slid the phone up the LCD screen would go black, once I slid it down again the picture would come back. I got my report back saying it was not repairable due to water or moisture damage? I battle to understand that as the phone works its just the screen, anyway MTN refuses to work on water damaged devices, I am happy to pay for the repairs but still MTN says they wont fix it? Why do I bother having 3 MTN accounts being a loyal customer when they cant even fix a phone I got from them and I am willing to pay for the repairs?
