On 29 December 2012, I booked in my Black Berry Bold 9900 at Vodaworld for repairs. The handset is in its first year of guarantee and the multifunction key on the right side of the phone is malfunctioning. The camera is assigned to this key and causes the phone to take photos on its own accord and does not stop doing this unless you restart the device, rendering it unussable. When booking in the handset, the lady assisting me noted on the job card that the screen is scratched.
Vodacom informs me about 2weeks later that the phone will not be repaired due to the LCD Screen that is CRACKED! They supply me with a quote in excess of R1'000.00 to repair the malfunctioning button.
When I stated that this is not right seeing as the screen is not cracked and the phone was booked in under warrantee for the malfuntioning key, they informed me that they will note that I decline the quote and will return the phone.
This morning I get an sms from Vodacom informing me that the phone is ready for collection. I collected it just now, unrepaired, under warrantee.

Please assist as this is unexceptable!!!
