Please see below conditions for returns:

Condition of the Item:
-The item must be in its original packaging with all labels/tags/barcodes attached.
-The item must be in a re-sellable condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).

1. We did try to assist as best we could with the limited information provided. Unfortunately, we were not able to locate the transaction.
2. All the tags were removed from the item and we cannot, in good conscience, resell an item in that condition to another customer.
3. We did offer a discount to apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, you refused the offer.
