Send my phone in for repairs now more damaged

About 2 months ago I sended my phone in for repairs for a cracked screen and broken camera lens and they did claim on my insurance but only repaired the screen. On 2013-09-26 I phoned them and informed them that there is a problem on my screen he is just black the lady informed me and said that the screen is still under warranty and I should bring the phone in as soon as possible on Saturday I handed my phone in. On Monday 2013-09-30 they informed me that they are not going to repair my screen as it is cracked I told them that I did not handed my phone in with a cracked screen and they told me well it is. I am really mad because I know that I did not hand my phone in like that. And on the job card there stand that it is just a display fault and even the person how analysed the phone and booked the phone in did not even see it because otherwise it should have been mentioned or noted. I called the manager and told him that I am really unhappy and I will not fight if I know that I did not gave my phone in like that he told them that they are not some back yard mechanics and should take it further it I wish.
