I purchased a bed online specifically to avoid the hassle of going to a store, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The warehouse was given the wrong delivery address, and instead of resolving it efficiently, I had to make several phone calls to chase updates. Despite all this, my bed still hasn’t been delivered.
The service has been extremely poor—if it can even be called service at all. I would not recommend Dial-a-Bed to anyone based on my experience.
