Cars sold and informed them, but after more than twelve months they still deducted money

Good day. After my car was sold more than twelve months ago, they still deducted the amount. I informed them in the same way as I opened the agreement. When I informed them, they demanded an amount nearly twelve times more. I had requested a copy of the agreement because I didn't agree. They ignored me and continued the deductions.
