Disgusting service from Virgin mobile call centre

FIRSTLY THE NUMBER LISTED 0741000123 DOES NOT WORK - Had to call the number to get any response. Have been trying to get an upgrade on my existing phone - was promised on the 6 August that one would be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Then when I called I was told my order was not processed due to a new system and that someone by the name of Vusi would get back to me, when Vusi called his excuse was sorry no stock. Got a call from some airhead called Sbu who politely put the phone down in my ear - great one!!! to date I have still not heard anything. Was also promised that they would arrange to have my daughters phone that is stuck on inflight mode collected to be checked - not surprising to say nothing has happened there either. At least I cant complain about the service as there isn't any.
