Last week Tuesday, 13 March 13 I received a call from a company called Mobiles Direct and they had all my details and told me they are affiliated with Virgin Mobile.

The guy was rambling on and I had no clue what he was talking about and at the end of that conversation i got an sms giving me my order number and that it has been stored. I tried calling the contact number listed and everytime I call the voice message is " Our offices are closed" no matter which time of the day it is. I then got an e-mail address and got an automated response saying that I will be contacted in the next 24 hours. I e-mailed again and tried calling the number that is listed in the e-mail and still nothing.

I wanna know, how can Virgin Mobile affiliate themselves with a company that has no customer service. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT MY ORDER is and would like someone from Virgin Mobile to contact me please. Oh and I forgot to mention when I called the Virgin Mobile call centre (the voice message gives the number) he didnt know who I was talking about.
