After 24 months of bad reception and weak signals my contract finally expired and I was given the option for the number to go over to prepaid or to be cancelled and redistributed to other users
I picked that the number should go over to prepaid, which in fact has been confirmed a couple of times with their people over the phone.
Guess what? my contract was terminated and the number was terminated and getting them to reactivate the number as a prepaid is one helluva issue for them. pardon the language but they are incompetent
I explained to Nobeliza that it is urgent because the numbers were used on a CV and now when people try to get hold of us for work the number "does not exist" but they don't care!
I am really upset with them and I wont ever ever recommend them to anyone because they truly give poor service, Stay away from them!
