On 12 Nov was called by virgin mobile offering me a contract phone was told it would be delivered in 10 days. On the 24 i called Virgin Mobile to enquire about the phone as I did not receive sny follow up calls was told they ascalating the matter and the relevant people would call me back but no one called spoke to Sibone called the following day spoke Alicia who told me the same thing called again the following day spoke to Zoliswa who promised me phone would be delivered on Thursday 28 Nov but it wasnt. Then friday i called spoke to Lerato in sale she told me that her managers would call me then i got a call from CCD Couriers advising that phone would be delivered tuesday 3 Dec. On Mon 2 Dec two people called me Nhlanhla and Mpho both from couriers to confirm phone would be delivered the following day they both gave me different time slots one was 9-11 and the other said 12-14. I just called them now at 13h45 to inquire about my package spoke to Ketsile who advised that it was book for delivery wed 4 Dec and not today. I mean really is this how Virgin Mobile and CCD Courier treats their customers?
