Accounts - rude service

I keep getting final demands from Pathcare, after I made 2 payments on trying to pay off the account, the balance stay the same, then I send 2 emails to accounts department, also phoned in to try and get answers, I did speak to a guy with the name Ethan at accounts, he was so rude and nit helpful at all.

I am not the only one complaining about accounts
