Poor Service

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the staff in Hammarsdale. They spend most time chatting to one another, passing jokes while customers are waiting. For instance today at around 12 the store was not busy and empty but we waited more that 30mins. The food was ready on the shelves but the person who needs to issue us was very busy chatting. Kindly correct this situation because I am not the only one complaining about your staff.
