Shocking service from Virgin Mobile

I am appalled by the service I have received from Virgin Mobile. My touch screen stopped working and when I tried to sort this problem out I was met with empty promises. Because I live in East London and there is no Virgin mobile branch here (!), and after they spoke to my mother - the main account holder- I was told that my phone would be collected from me on the 28th of January. My phone was not collected by 3pm on the 28th so I gave them a call and was basically told that I must be patient; they would come. They did not! I then received a call from virgin on the 29th asking me to provide them with the number of the main account holder - again. The whole story had to be explained - again. And they did not come and fetch the phone - again. I gave them a call again on the 31th and there is now a different story - i need to be a secondary account holder for them to collect and repair my phone. I then posted a complaint on Facebook and received a phone call that day (31th). They promised that the phone would be collected that day. Its now the end of the day on the 1st of feb and my phone has still not been collected and i have not received a sms to tell me what is going on.
