Agreed upgrade details with Vusi Chanzimula on 30 April with e-mail authorization as requested. Virgin contract registration delays due to system upgrade and packages changed since 1 May. Want to sell me more expensive contracts with less airtime on 2nd May which I did not accept. Requested Vusi to honor the original agreement. He had to get authorization from manager but no response even after I sent him a reminder on 14 May.
Just inform all readers here if Virgin Mobile does not want to keep their existing customers and we will know what to do.
