21 Days is our policy for repairs - really?

23/09/13 - Took phone in for repair (very bad to no connectivity in Northern Cape province and various other problems).
10/10/13 - Got sms R3027.27 to fix, consultant will call me, but never did, so I called them and said forget it just return the phone. Paid R188 for them to just look at the phone!
11/10/13 - Was promised Collection details, never happened. I called again and told they have till 14/10/13 (21 days) is this the time to tell me?
15/10/13 - Got a call from another Virgin Mobile employee who said seeing there was no physical damage phone will be fixed under warranty, but I should have sent in the battery with the phone.
Eastgate branch said I should keep the battery! I heard nothing!
16/10/13 - emailed asking them to replace the battery seeing as Eastgate said not to send it in.
R188 was refunded.
30/10/13 - It's been 29 WORKING DAYS & I'm frustrated!

I have received 2 sms's from Virgin:
1) Your phone is in for repair!!!
2) You can now upgrade your phone. Is this because Virgin are admitting they don't have a clue how to fix the phone or are the departments not communicating with one another.

Eastgate branch offers lethargic assistance
My contract is now up!!!
