CHANGES TO ORIGINAL CONTRACT

I was contacted by Virgin Mobile Representative for an upgrade on my existing contract. Date of upgrade 26/03/2013. Contract Telephone number: 0763131520. Sales order 423127. I expressly told the Rep that my mother is using this phone and that she makes use of sms 's to her contacts, which were a 1000 sms on my original contract. This was not supposed to change and I now see on my billing they charge me for sms. Firstly Virgin Mobile charged me for the handset, which was not discussed and disclosed to me and not agreed by me, I instructed my bank to send this debit order back, until problem was solved. I lodged an enquiry with Virgin and to date no one contacted me. They contacted me to arrange a double debit order amount of R 199 which I approved. They also presented another debit order of R 99-00 which also went through. Now my mother is unable to send any sms. I contacted them yesterday and was put on hold for 17 minutes. No one phoned me back and they have my Vodacom contact number on record. I'm quite fed up with this situation now, and feel like cancelling this contract due to incompetence of Virgin Mobile I'm dealing with. I want this sorted immediately.
