After upgrading to the 9810 in August 2012 4 months later, i went to the kolonnade vodacom shop to ask if i should be worried about my blackberry 9810 overheating, i was told that this is a problem and if i want help i must send the unit in with the box to the repairs warehouse, but i mean it is still under warranty, i don't know who the guy was but, this should have been replaced and not told to send in. it is a year old now and i still have trouble with overheating, slow internet and loosing signal 90% of the time. i have been with vodacom for many years, should i now move to a different network provider?
