Paint on Phone peeling

After a previous debacle with Vodacom my Blackberry 9300 was replaced with a Blackberry 9810 Torch. Whilst it technically works quite well, the paint on the phone comes off along the sharper edges. Vodacom wants it to be taken in for repairs but cannot supply a decent loan phone. I think this is disgusting. I rely heavily on the features of my phone (such as e-mail) and cannot make do with a basic phone.

This phone is still under warranty and should be REPLACED due to the terrible workmanship. This phone spends 90% of its time lying dead still on a desk, it certainly does not get treated in such a way that paint should come off.

This is the worst service I have ever had from any organisation ever! Vodacom does not have the foggiest idea of what customer care really is.
