I have been harassed but Cell-C for the last 4-5 years over an account that i do not have. They have black listed me and are in the process of black listing me again. I have just received a call at 19:22 on Saturday night. I am constantly harassed with sms's at all hour of the night. And just to be clear, i have a letter from Cell-C apologising for their mistake. Well now I'm taking action and i will be contacting friends i have in the media to get this kind of incompetence know to the public. Like many South Africans i am sick and tiered of the terrible service we we as consumers have to put up with.
