Disgusting after sales

I renewed my contract in August 2012. I got a brand new Blackberry 9810. Just after a month, the phone lost reception and was freezing constantly and I assumed it was network coverage or something. It kept doing this in all areas. I took it to the service centre in Fourways mall. They did a "software upgrade" on it and for about a week after that it seemed ok. I then noticed that freezing had stopped but the reception was still an issue. The phone would say that its picking up reception but when try calling it, it goes to voicemail. My wife is at home with my children. I cannot afford to have rubbish like this. It costs me more than R450 a month. Cannot rely on it for emergencies I took the phone last year in december for the 3rd time only for them tell me that the battery is damaged. I was appauled that vodacom does not carry warranty on a battery. I was told to change the battery and it would be fine. I bought a battery for R590 only to have te same ing problem. I have had it would vodacom. These clowns at the call centre keep passing the buck and keep telling me to take it in for repairs. I have paid then over R84000 for contracts since 2006 n this is what I get. Utter.
