I have a complaint about the customer service provided by your consultants, which is extremely rude. On 30/10/2025, around 12:38, I returned a call to 063 782 9530, from which I had received a missed call. I was rudely assisted by a male consultant who was ill-mannered and did not attempt to understand my query. Instead, he rushed to hang up while I was trying to explain myself. Is this how your consultants are trained? I am highly disappointed in the service he provided.
