STILL WAITING FOR GIFT CARD

My cellphone was due for upgrade in March this year. It took until the 10/06/2013 to get my phone delivered as the first time they sent it out the courier couldn't find my address and only after numerous phone calls to Autopage did they resend it. When upgrading my contract, I was told I would receive a R1000 gift card with my phone. Well it is now August and I am yet to see this gift card! I have made numerous phone calls regarding this as well with no resolution to my problem. The service I have received this year will definately not make me return to Autopage the next time my contract is due!!!
