Dear Sir/Madam,
I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and negligent treatment my helper experienced at Clinic D9 on 21st August 2025.
She was instructed to attend the clinic today for urgent medical assessment, as her blood pressure is dangerously high (160/90) and her doctor needed to review her medication. She arrived at 7:00am and waited the entire day. No doctor arrived to see her.
This is not an isolated incident. Every visit to this clinic is marked by excessive waiting times, disorganisation, and lack of accountability. Patients are repeatedly subjected to delays and denied the care they urgently require.
This level of service is not only unprofessional but life-threatening. Hypertension is a serious condition that, if left unmanaged, can lead to stroke, heart attack, or death. To keep patients waiting indefinitely without access to a doctor demonstrates gross negligence.
It is deeply concerning that staff continue to operate in this manner while still collecting salaries, with little to no regard for their responsibility towards patients.
I request urgent investigation into this matter, accountability from those responsible, and a clear explanation of how the Department intends to correct these failures to ensure that patients receive timely and competent medical care going forward.
This matter cannot be ignored. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise what action will be taken.
