Blackberry 9810 - Still Faulty

To Whom It May Concern

I have had my Blackberry 9810 replaced 3 times in the last 16 Months and having endless problems to date i have replaced the phone today and still have the same issues i have a feeling this is across the board problem with the BB9810 range and i request to have MTN replace this phone with a brand new unit as i have been given refurbished units.

I am on contract and paying R329, 00 p/m. Please also note i will be posting this on Hellopeter as well.

3 times and all the units have problems i will be reporting this Blackberry as well someone will be responsible as this is ridiculous now.
