We purchased a KIC fridge from Ok Furnitures Daspoort two years ago with an extended warranty
This fridge is extremely problematic from the very start, first it was the water dispenser tank that came loose, they repaired that, after that the door seals started leaking & the freezer froze after which they replaced us with a demo unit. Now we have exactly the same issue, the top door seals are pulling back, so bad it doesn't get cold & there is actual dust in the fridge coming in from outside
For a reputable brand this is extremely bad product quality & extremely bad after-sales service from OK furniture, we have been reporting the issue for months now with countless agents & so-called managers promising to get back to us, but no one does.
We need this resolved please before going to social media, as this whole transaction is extremely unsatisfactory
