I'm writing to express my disappointment with my service. I took a contract for 2 phones, supposed to pay R580/month. But my bill keeps changing. Last month, a representative explained the changes and promised to fix it - said they'd replace 1G and minutes with Airtime, and I'd pay R450/month till I finish paying off. I asked TWICE if R450 was for BOTH phones, and they said yes.
Now, the Vodacom app says I owe R990. I called yesterday and they said R450 is for 1 phone only - they didn't mention this before. As a student and self-employed hairdresser, I can't afford R990. I don't know where I'll get that money.
Last month I paid R700 for "arrears" I don't understand. Please fix this or take back the phones. I'm not happy with your service.
