I have a contract with vodacom and i renewed my contract less than a year ago where i recieved a BLACKBERRY TORCH 9810. Since then i have recieved 7 or 8 different TORCHE'S and everytime i send it in it comes back with the same problem. And no one comes with a better solution. I have been to the repair centre a couple of times and all they can say is there is nothing they can do about it and it always takes 2 weeks to fix... Vodacom repair centre on friday couldnt even help me with a solution for my phone.. BAD BAD BAD!!!
