When I buy from Vodacom, I expect quality - in the fact that Vodacom is so trusted in South-Africa. I however do blame Vodacom for my dissatisfaction! I recently bought the Torch 9810, and did not expect it to be prown to chipping, re booting in the middle of an urgent email ect - it also can NOT compare to any phone is the same price-class. I am on contract but I do not want this phone anymore, its the biggest disappointment EVER!!! Why not complain to BlackBerry you may ask, because I got this phone from Vodacom, I feel you should also be liable for the products you sell.
I am not the only to complain about this model, please do assist me in resolving a solution for this problem!
