First of all I will not renewing my mtn contract. I've been a mtn client now for 10years and its be 10years to long. One year ago I've upgrade to the blackberry 9810 and sins I got this phone I been having trouble with it and no one at mtn will help me.
October 25 2012, I when to mtn jacaranda because that's where I upgrade and told them that this blackberry 9810 is been giving me allot of trouble, so they send it in for repairs, after one week they called me, to tell me that I must come and fetch my new blackberry 9810 because the old one is beyond repair.
When I got the new phone a week later it gave me the same trouble. So I went back to jacaranda to tell them than this phone is giving me the same trouble and that on the back of the phone it says refurbished, and should it not be new, so the sales man there says to me, no they don't replace with new phones. "ja" whatever. So I asked him what must I do because my business depends on this phone, to my shock he told me to get it and claim for new one. Now that is service and not good advice. Now I was forced to get a new contract at cell. My mtn contract will end May 2014 I will never do business witn MTN again.
