Phone replaced 5 times and still having issues???

Hi, I upgraded my Vodacom Contract to a blackberry 9800 on 2010/12/02 After having experienced speaker problems during calls, I had taken the phone in at Vodacom customer care Menlyn on 2011/03/13 where I was told The phone would be replaced. When collecting the "new" unit I saw it was labelled "refurbished unit" this raised concerns with regards to the warrantee, I was told the phone would carry the same warrantee as a new phone would, I was happy and left.

After hours of standing in queues and having issues with the various handsets given to my by Vodacom customer care I have had enough, Please see below dates the phone has been replaced

The latest replacement is giving me problems again, It decides to reset itself even while on a call. I do use this phone for business and has recently started a new position, I REALLY cannot afford this right now! When I spoke to Customer care they simply said the unit is now out of warrantee.. which makes NO sense to me as it is only 5 months old.
