Very Poor service!

In May 2013 I received an email from Discovery telling me that I need one more visit to the gym for my Vitality discount to continue on 80%. Upon further investigation I realized that all my manual visits to Planet Fitness Aurora and Plattekloof was not captured for March and April. I (the customer) was told to go to the gym myself and look for all the manual visits for that time (ridiculous!), I went and found two visits which was enough to keep my 80% discount. I sent them to discovery and I was told the problem will be solved. Three months later I see that they have been subtracting more than double the original amount from my account and when I asked what the problem was, I was told that I didn't have enough visits for that time. I've sent them the proof now AGAIN for the second time and guess what the feedback was... please send us proof that you went to the gym during that time. Once again, they expect me to go the the gym and do their job for them AND didn't even look at the slips I sent to them originally!! This is unbelievable!!! How can anyone be in a paying job and be this incompetent!! They are wasting my time and my money!
