Good morning,
I would like to express my disappointment with the service received from Skynet. I initially thought they were an excellent delivery service, but their management is very poor. I have two parcels that have been held by Skynet for seven days, and despite calling for three days, I have received no results. I even reached out to management for assistance regarding my two parcels, but there has been no feedback or communication.
How can a parcel be kept at their depot for more than seven days without being delivered to the client? What's the reason? I can't seem to find a solution to this issue.
