Joined discovery vitality in March 2013 and Planet Fitness Platinum on 08 March 2013. Upon trying to activate my gym benefits, Discovery Vitality informed me that they could not do it on their side due to issues between my discovery vitality drive profile and my discovery vitality profile on their end.

I have paid the discovery vitality gym membership rates and subscriptions until this current month but found out this week that my benefits have still not been activated even after calling discovery at least 5 times in the current month and more than 4 times in March 2013. My planet fitness access has been revoked this week (23/04/2013) due to this issue although I continue paying subs to planet fitness at reduced rates.

I am at the end of my tether on this and have given discovery a multitude of opportunities to resolve but they said to me they will send me a letter which I must show at the gym every time I need access - further showing the issue is not resolved. At the end of this month, I intend to cancel my gym membership (too expensive if not on vitality) and vitality as there is ABSOLUTELY NO BENEFIT of joining such a bad service! Customer service at its worst!
