We have a serious problem in this country with the towing company called first help, on Wednesday I got scammed by them, I had an accident and the guy from first help followed us to the police station, case was opened at Florida Saps (AR254/10/2025) and when I was about to leave home a guy called he said he is calling from the insurance company of that guy that bumped my car and they want to arrange for an assessment for my car before they repair/payout I told the guy my car doesn't need towing it's moving it can take me home, he said for the insurance to payout they need to take the car to the assessment centre, I agreed. Later when I got home I called the guy that bumped me to see how the claim is going and informed him that the car was towed by his insurance, he was surprised and said I should confirm with his insurance company and when I did they knew nothing about the tow, when I got to first help building they demanded I pay 12500 for the car to be released and they said they charge per day. I had to borrow money get the car out. We can't allow these scammers to do as they please with our hard earned money, the guy's number that contacted me is 0739422492 he blocked me as soon as he dropped off my car to his company I can't reach him now, he was driving a Ford ranger with the registration number HG 64 MF GP
