UNREASONABLE ATTITUDE -DISCOVERY VITALITY

I am a Vitality member with Discovery for a few years now. I have had my Virgin Active member ship since 2008 where i paid a hefty fee of R700.00. I recently called Vitality to advise that I am 8 mths pregnant & would not be able to workout as often & require a short absence. They said they cannot make any exceptions & i must continue exercising. At 8mths pregnant that is quite difficult 4 some ppl! I nw receive an email from Dr. Craig Nossel, Head of Vitality Wellness, advising that my gym visits have increased to 36 visits over 12mths. This is truly unreasonable as with a new baby on the way it is difficult to gym as often as 1 would like. We shud be given a lee way for this particular time.
In the end I have paid a fee for the gym & i should have every right to decide when & how often I would like to visit the gym. This is forcing ppl and a pregnent woman to compromise her health all to maintain her menbership because she is forced to. For a medical company this is truly pathetic.
It really is a money making scheme from Discovery Vitality & Virgin Active. Disgusting!!!
