13 June, Vitality ID: 1000927465. This is a reminder that ur gym benefit with Virgin Active will end if u do not go to the gym @ least 4 more times before 31 July. Thank u for ur email. Unfortunately, I am in the Discovery Health team & am unable to assist u with ur Vitality queries. I have forwarded ur query to our Vitality team & they will contact u to assist. Vitality contacted me, confirmed my gym membership was still active and I made the 4 visits so that at end July I had the required 34 visits which Vitality confirmed as I had gotten the proof directly from Virgin Active too. 13 August 2013, Vitality ID: 1000927465. This is a reminder that ur gym benefit with Virgin Active will end if u do not go to the gym at least 7 more times before 31 August. For the current 12 month rolling cycle 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2013 u need to have 36 visits to keep ur membership active, u have 29 visits recorded. Because u are not in the country & might not be able to make 7 visits by 31 August 2013 your membership will cancel. No exceptions will be granted in the event you were unable to visit the gym. Too little space to continue. Last nite 33 visits, this morning 30 visits???
