High Prices

I went to spar Brackenfell corner and bought tomatoes on the 19/04/2026 and paid R26.99. On the 23/04/2026 I went to buy the exact same tomatoes, and it was on SPECIAL for R27.99 and my question is how it can be R1 more expensive not even 5 days later ON SPECIAL. So, the Manageress told me the prices go up daily and has all paperwork in order. Should a product rise so drastically how can it go on special. There are so many households that cannot even survive and SPAR make the prices to their liking, and I feel this is not fair to humankind at all.
