Complaint againts Vodacom

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my account and recent invoices.
Cellular Number: 063 689 5011
My phone was stolen, and I had to open a new contract (063-689 5011) in order to get a replacement device. The SIM card linked to the above number (063-689 5011) has never been used, as I do not have a spare phone for it. Despite this, I have been billed R399.80X2 per month for “Entertainment Services”—a service I never subscribed to, requested, or approved.
I contacted your call centre both last week and again last night regarding this matter, yet the charges remain.
Please note the following:
• I will not pay for services I did not purchase or authorize.
• I am losing data monthly because this SIM card is not in use.
• I request that the incorrect charges of R399.80X2 be reversed from my invoice for the past two months immediately.
If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including pursuing legal action. Please be advised that I will also withhold payment of any future invoices until these unauthorized charges are removed from my account.
I trust you will resolve this matter without delay and provide me with a corrected statement.
