Hi, I have a complaint regarding poor service from Afrox. I ordered gas last week, Monday. Then on Tuesday, we received gas, but unfortunately, the driver came with the delivery only, not the invoice. From Wednesday until today, I have been trying to call customer care, but no one is willing to assist. Now we cannot sell gas because it is not in our system. Why did they deliver the gas without an invoice? Today, I sent an email regarding the invoice and made more than five calls, but there's no one willing to assist.
