I joined Discovery, Vitality & Planet Fitness in 2002. Planet's contract requires 24 visits during a 12 month period. During Nov 2012 I realized that points allocated on the Vitality web, and the number of times I've checked in at Planet, is not the same and far less than the actual times I've been to the gym. I sent Vitality a printout (obtained from Planet) of all my visits, & requested an update to be done. Ref no 2 630 342 208 - Nov 2012 . Last year I visited Planet more than 24 times (in fact 35 times according to Planet's record). I am a member at Virgin Active as well. End of Nov, when visiting Planet, I found my card to be blocked. Reason for my previous enquiry, was for Vitality to ensure that all my visits are allocated. Vitality ensured me it was done, but after enquirying again during January, I was told that Planet membership expired due to "non -visiting", as I had "2 days short" according to feedback. My records indicate otherwise. To tell me that I now need 36 visits, is breach of contract. My original signed contract from 2002 required 24 visits, and as nothing has changed on this contract, this is still valid. Any changes to this contract, is a breach!
