This has been probably the worse experience from a supplier. The system was sold (rented) to me as a big saver and it is going to change my life. It did. Extremely frustrated with them. Customer service is non existent you will always get a new person to explain your challenge and never the same person as soon as the problem is slightly challenging they disappear. Gosolar decides when they are going to call you back and who will call you back regardless of your problem. I have delt with some many different people because it is always someone new. There is no manager who will take responsibility just the call centre. There is also no customer complaints department or at least not willing to share a number to call. If I knew what I know now, I would have never fall in this trap, because I am trapped now due to the contract. What they also fail to tell you is, you are saving on electricity but not what they promise. and then on top of that you got the Gosolar bill to pay and in the end it will cost you more and you will have no benefit. Thinks this trough carefully before you commit, once you signed you are stuck. Stay away. In the picture below you will see the red line is the break even point and not even in full summer you achieve that.
