Vitality virgin visit logging error!!!

While looking at Discovery's website in Apr I stumbled upon new rules re the increase in required visits to maintain my free gym benefit. I have had this benefit since 2005. At NO point was I informed by email or any other means as I keep all Discovery correspondence and have checked. In May 2013 I received an email saying I needed 4 more visits to maintain my membership -ie to make up 36 visits /12 month rolling period 1/06/2012-31/05/2013. I did 5 visits. In June I did a further 4 visits. I then receive an email saying my gym benefit has ended. On checking point monitor on the website I see visits to end May 2013 (where I required 4 visits according to vitality) the total is only31! So I check the previous 2 period totals and they too are below 36. On closer examination I see Mar & Apr logged no visits! I know this is NOT correct as I remember clearly attending gym in March at least twice as I went away at the end of March and discussed this vacation with a friend AT the gym early in Mar. I have been treated like a lying who does not understand the rules by Modise @ vitality who has referred me to a manager who is yet to call. DISGUSTED after 8 years of loyalty!!!
