A letter addressed to me was delivered to my parents home (this is my previous address). After receiving a couple of letters from nedbank i went home to fetch these letters, they stated that I must pay up my credit card or else it will be handed over to their lawyers. I have never had any accounts with Nedbank. So i went to a branch, I was told to go to the police station to get an avidavit and then send a copy of my identity document as well as that avidavit. I did that, when i went back again i was told that this matter has been handed over to their lawyers and i should send those documents again-which i did. This was at the begining of November 2012. I was told my matter has been handed over to Charlene Olifant and was given a contact number as well as an email address for this lady. I have not been succesfull in getting hold of her on email not even on the telephone. My parents just notified me that they delivered a summons for me to pay up or else even thou the matter is still being incvestigated. I have received countless calls as well as smss stating that I should settle my credit card. I am being harrased and nobody is keeping e in the loop about this matter.
