Let's start... Last year July I applied at a branch for a credit card, which never materialized. I never got too concerned since I didn't have a need for it at the time.
A month ago I applied again for a Credit card, since my need for it became more crucial. Someone phoned me after I applied through the Nedbank app the next day. She asked a few questions and asked me to send her my copy of ID and Payslip to the following email address: [Email Removed] with a certain reference number I'll give after someone helps me. I sent it to the email address with no response or credit card for a month. I don't know if it is the wrong email address, but that is the one the woman at the Call Centre gave me.
