Nedbank - Making applications impossible!

I applied for a Nedbank credit card on 21 February, on 25 February I was told I had to go to a Nedbank branch to get 3 months of bank statements and email those, along with a copy of my ID back to Nedbank - which makes no sense to me... but I did it. I then scanned said documents in and emailed them to the dedicated email address. The email bounced as my attachments were larger than 2mb. I broke the email into two... still bounced back. I called to find out if there was something else I could do, I was told the document had to be PDF and mine were images. So I rescanned the documents and sent the email again. Again it bounced. After 4 further attempts at splitting the email I realised that there was nothing I could do as an email would never be small enough. I was then told to fax the documents which I did. Two days later I received an sms asking for my documents so I faxed them again and once again 2 days later I received an sms asking for my documents. I was then told to go to a Nedbank branch, which I did, for them to fax for me. Today I received an sms saying my application was denied due to UNAUTHENTIC DOCUMENTS??? What is going on here??
