I"ve never had an account with Nedbank

I received a letter from nedbank card division that I had not paid the amount due. I had a shock of my life because I don't have an account with them. I did call the card division and was advised to make an affidavit and fax it back to them with a copy of my ID to fax number 011 667 6811. That was done and I never heard from them again. This was in Feb 2012. I got a call late last year 2012 from some Law firm requesting a copy of my signatures " a specimen form the police station" again that was faxed to them. And i never heard from them as well. I have now received another letter from Hammond pole attorneys representing nedbank saying I'm in arrears of R13105.90 ref P0015773/Esmeralda Foster.
I am really annoyed and stressed by this as I have found out that it is reflecting on my ITC records. I have never opened an account with nedbank, I have never collected or received any credit card from nedbank, I need someone to tell me who signed for this card or to which address was the card delivered or who collected the card and at which branch they must have that on their records. I have never lost my ID book and I am suspecting that this was an inside job.
