I am beyond disgusted in Nedbank.
I got a personal loan from Nedbank and then lost my job not long after that.
I was battling to find a job and eventually got a position in March.
Nedbank contacted me once that i can think of and i explained my position.
I contacted Nedbank to make arrangements in March and April and NO ONE COULD TELL ME WHERE MY ACCOUNT WAS!!! the people i was put through to said legal has it, they put me through to legal and legal said they dont have it. This carried on for about 2/3 weeks! Nedbank is useless!
I then took things into my own hands and checked my credit record only to find that they have handed me over to lawyers who are just as useless. The lawyers NEVER ONCE contacted me!!! I contacted them and they send me a debit order authorization for. i contacted them and told them i am unable to scan and send the form back i asked if an emailing stating that i give them debit order authorization would be enough and they said yes. i then told them to email me the total amount i owe and i would then send the authorization email. i now see the lawyer has a court case against me??? they havent bothered to contact me!!
